Improving Service Delivery: Interior Ministry Trains Staff on Pitching and Presentation

The Ministry of Interior on Monday held its inaugural training on pitching and presentation of innovative ideas for staff to improve service delivery.

The training was organized by the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department as part of efforts to strengthen innovation and improve service delivery within the Ministry.

Participants were guided on practical approaches to presenting proposals, organising ideas clearly and confidently pitching innovative concepts. The session also provided participants with useful techniques for engaging review panels and strengthening the overall quality of their submissions.

Speaking during the training, the Director, Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department, Mrs. Gloria Vera Azuroh, described the initiative as an important step in strengthening the Ministry’s innovation drive.

According to her, the training will encourage staff to develop practical ideas and solutions that will improve service delivery and enhance operational efficiency within the Ministry.

Mrs. Azuroh further reaffirmed the Department’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
