Amb. Hussaini Coomassie decorated with Medal of Honor as SDG Leader and Pan Africa Icon in Lusaka Zambia

The UN special envoy to Zambia in the recently concluded presidential election and inauguration in Zambia, Amb. Hussaini Coommasie has been decorated with Medal of Honor as SDG Leadership and Pan African icon Awards in Lusaka, Zambia.

Dr. Commassie was bestowed with this prestigious award as a way to recognize his invaluable efforts and contributions to human development and societal upliftment.

It is to be noted that Amb. Commassie has through his wealth of experience and knowledge of diplomatic practices mediated in a number of bilateral issues thereby leading to amicable settlement and resolutions duly arrived.

However, in addition to the Pan African icon Awards, Amb. (Dr) Hussaini Coommasie also received Most Outstanding Diplomat of the Year, in Peace & Good Goverance at the Pan African Leadership and Good Governance Awards in Lusaka – Zambia.

In his remarks, the program Coordinator, Ambassador Jonathan Daniel Ojadah described Amb Coomassie as a Peace Loving African and a man with a big heart that love to see people progressing.

He is said to be concerned about ensuring that diplomatic relationships between Nigeria and Zambia are placed sustainable stead.
