World Heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, has revealed he is keen on title showdown with Tyson.After successfully defending his WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO belts against Kubrat Pulev, on the 12th of December 2020, Tyson criticized Joshua for “not showing enough commitment to the contest”The 31 year old then revealed on Tuesday, 22nd of December, that plans were in the making for fight against Tyson. In his words, “I’m ready, I’m keen. The next fight I want is Tyson Fury, for the undisputed championship of the world.”Even though Joshua has no intention of backing down from the Fury clash, there might be some barriers in the way of the super fight. Examples include Joshua’s WBO mandatory challenger Oleksandr Usyk, and a most probable rematch between Fury and Deontay Wilder.According to Joshua, the fight might take place in June 2021, but this is just an assumption, as preparations are still on-going.As for the location, Joshua said “The possibilities of it being in this country are down to the pandemic and how that shapes. For me I am not too fussed where it is. I just want the fight.
