President Tinubu Heads to UK for 2-Week Working Vacation

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation, part of his yearly leave.

The announcement was communicated by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

“He will use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms.

“He will return to the country after the leave expires.”

Watchers believe that he will be using the leave to perfect his cabinet reshuffle plans in order to reduce distractions from lobby forces. This school of thought believes that the rejigged cabinet will either be announced in his absence or immediately after his return..
