Liverpool set new Champions League away record

Liverpool have set a new champions League record after beating Villarreal last night in the second leg of the UCL Semi-final tie, for winning all away matches up to the final stage of the Champions League.
The English giants were nearly sullied by their opponents, when in the first half of the tie, goals from Dia and Coquelin had made rubbish of the the 2-0 advantage the Reds had procured in the first leg.
The match was looking to be another major upset for the Champions League underdogs who had on the road to the Liverpool tie, eliminated tougher clubs such as Juventus and Bayern Munich.
The Reds who although had been blown away by that first half performance of the hosts, kept their act together and forced a comeback win from nothing, thanks to goals from Fabinho, substitute Luis Diaz, and Sadio Mane all in less than 16 minutes.
Liverpool have booked their spot in the finals of the Champions League and have made it there for the third time in the last 5 years, they are still on their quadruple title charge, if they’ll do it, we’ll see soon enough.
