Coordinating Minister of the Economy Wale Edun, MAN, NACCIMA, Other Stakeholders Rub Minds

The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, met with the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), National Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) alongside other business association leaders on Wednesday.

Also present at the meeting which was chaired by the Minister himself, were the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari, and other relevant advisors, including the Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Finance, Mrs. Lydia Shehu Jafiya.

According to the spokesman for the Ministry of Finance, Mr Stephen Kilebi, the purpose of the meeting was to foster collaboration for resilient and sustainable economic growth.

“The discussions centered on challenges faced by the private sector as well as opportunities that can be developed on the back of the successful reforms programme embarked upon by the President Bola Ahmed led administration”, Kilebi added.
